Lettings Manager

We are looking for a Lettings Manager that has a sound knowledge of the Lettings industry. They should be able to demonstrate tenacity and competitiveness along with the leadership skills to run the lettings department. They will have the ability to expand and develop the role and add value to the company.

Property Administrator

Due to our expanding Estate Management Department, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team. 

We are based in state of the art offices in the heart of Windsor and are an independent company offering estate agency, lettings and estate management services.  We have a small but growing portfolio of well-run residential blocks of flats and houses situated mostly within a couple of miles of the office. This varied administrative role is likely to include the following:


-      responding to leaseholder enquiries

-      arranging of general repairs and maintenance, from works order generation through to invoice receipt

-      liaising with directors/managers on planned expenditure.

-      dealing with contractors

-      responsibility for information packs to solicitors on the sale of properties

-      providing phone and other cover for staff

We are looking for a local candidate who needs to be organised, numerate and efficient. This role would be suitable for a bright school, college or university leaver seeking their first office based role or someone with some property experience. Full training will be provided and this is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in the property industry.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 6:00 and alternate Saturdays 9:00 – 4:00.
